The JANZ 20" Surface Cleaner quickly delivers professional level cleaning. This essential pressure washer attachment from JANZ gives a commercial grade cleaning area 20'' wide and it cleans up to 8 X FASTER than a spray nozzle alone, making it ideal for cleaning large flat surfaces such as driveways, patios, decks, and sidewalks. With dual high-pressure jets in rotation, it can break up dirt and grime without streaking or striping surfaces with ease. The dome housing reduces overspray and keeps the user and surrounding areas dry, while the locked flexible bristles protect the work surface and control over-spray.

The sturdy spray gun features a safety locking trigger to prevent unwanted trigger pulls, and the trigger locking design can keep it in cleaning mode without holding. It comes with 4 easy-to-replace nozzles and a nozzle cleaner is provided to clean clogged nozzles. The spray gun is compatible with most pressure washer hoses, with 2 hose adapters included (3/8'' quick connector, M22-14 mm female fitting, and M22-15 mm female fitting). 1/4'' QC adapters and Teflon tape are also included to turn the original fittings into 1/4'' quick connectors and prevent leakage. An installation tool is provided to fix the handle.

To ensure safe and effective use, users should not exceed the rated PSI capacity, and the water temperature should not exceed 140°F. Careful checks should be made before use, and the cleaner should be stored in a dry, secure place when not in use. If striping occurs, the user should slow down the pace, and ensure the working pressure is over 2,000 psi for good cleaning performance.
